Small Problem

Ok, Here Is My Problem...
I Can Successfully Connect To Shoutcast,
And It Will List My Station No Problem. It Will Stay Listed AND Change Song Names No Prob Up To The Point That I Manually Shut The Server Down. I Have Left It Up For Like 30 Minutes Just To Test. No NAK Errors
At All. All Reports From The GUI Are Ok, That I Know Of.
I Will List All That I Have Done And Is Currently Configured:
1. I Have Set My Pc Up With A Static IP Address
(The Wan Address Matches The Configured Ip Address)

2. Configured My Router`s Ports To Accomodate The Config File. I Am Using Port 9000, Thus I Have Forewarded Ports
9000 Though 9005 TCP AND UDP Just To Be On The Safe Side. I Have A Westell Versalink 327W If This Info Helps. I Am
Using Verizon Online DSL As My ISP.

3. Configured My Firewall To Accept Incoming And Outgoing Activity To And From The My Shoutcast Server Which Are The 9000 Through 9005, Including My Windows Firewall. I Have Even Tried Totally Dropping All Firewall Protection To See If That Was The Case. Still, No Success. Noone Can Connect To It.
