Users cannot connect

Users are unable to connect to my server. I can see the attempts made in the gui of the server, but the users attempts never actually connect.

I am connected to the server.
I have read the FAQ section, and noted that I did not have port forwading on since I am behind a router, I have since forwarded the main IP to the 192.168.. to corispond to the computer which is based as the server. Am I not providing suficient bandwith? Or is the port forwading not really working? As well, in the winamp plugin, under the output, connection, output config, what IP address should I have there, I have the 192.168.... of my computer within the network, and this is confusing me, because im sure ive read somewhere to have it as 127.0.0.1

Im sure the problem has something to do with the config on my end somewhere, I dont know too much about the internet. Your support is greatly appreciated.
