Complete Transparency?

Is it possible to have a completely transparent skins or have the main window, the equaliser, and the playlist completely transparent?

just the EQ and Main
playlist has no transparency capabilities

You can do transparancy on all windows, mainly by reducing the bitmap area, but I warn you now it dosn't work so hot, it also generally leaves whatevers showing under winamp at the time stuck to the acctual GUI when you move it.
For a totaly transparent skin, check out the FOLLOWING. Skin your winamp with it, close it, and start it up again to see full effect, which as you can see is preeeeeeeety useless
