Kernel32.DLL

i receive this message everytime i exit winamp (the latest version)
winamp has caused an error in kernel32.dll winamp will close.
if you continue to experiience this problem try restarting your computer.

i have done that and i still get the same message. what could cause this?

remove any non-Nullsoft plug-ins....
