Where do my playlist go?

I have been sorting my 1000 some songs on winamp, into specific catagories, into a favorites, and also rating them.

Here is my question. Where do my play list go to? I used the "Send to..." feature when you right click.

Also, the ratings do carry over right?

Well, where did you send them to? They must be somewhere.

Yeah it looks like that. I just don't know how to pull up the play list : /
