Delay

Hi, I am wanting a channel that will be controlled here and the server will be at a company, who will broadcast to 50 viewers. What will the appox delay time be? Will it be the same for all, or different? Thanks.

Experiments usually have given me about 15 seconds delay. The higher the bandwidth, the less the delay. It's not adjustable either.
