May I setup 3 radio station using SHOUTcast?

I have a server with 3 sound cards and a high bandwith (1,0mbps) I want to broadcast simultaneously, one radio station for each sound card. I would like to know if I can to setup 3 live radio station using SHOUTcast. How can I do it? Is posible to broadcast streaming live audio from 3 sound cards simultaneously? - How can I do it?
