need a playlist plug-in

Does anyone know of a plug-in that would gather id3v2 data from a played mp3 file and write it into a txt or html file? It would also have to write down the number of times a certain mp3 was played.
Support for only id3v1 won't do - I need the composer field.

Can the "generate html playlist" command be tweaked so it does this?

I tried Argon but it's buggy - crashed as soon as I installed it.

you can take your "Recently Played" view from the Media Library, make it a playlist, and then generate the html playlist.

Won't that export to html just the artist, the title and the duration of a song?
I need the composer field and the times played - it would be great if the media library had an export function and all the fields from id3v2 could be exported+the times a song was played.
