force minibrowser to pop open

I think i'm missing something, how do I force the minibrowser to open up when someone starts listening to my stream? I know how to set the url. This causes the minibrowser to nagivate to my site, but it needs to already be open for that (or they need to open it).

I know you can force it to open. Grand Royal radio does it.
