Speaking of seizing people's computers and shipping them off to Europe, they've probably already done it!

It just goes to show that people need to read their End User License Agreements more carefully. On a serious note, almost every agreement has a portion called the "Venue of Dispute," which basically says when, where, and how a dispute is handled. For example, our agreement states under the "Venue of Dispute" that any court matters must be handled in our home county which, just like any county court in America, is not taking anyone's computer.
