Delaying song notification

Hi all.

Can I delay song notification time? I mean, song notification popups on the begin of the song, can I do that about 40 seconds after the song is started?

It is not possible without altering the Winamp Modern Default skin. There are a number of notification style plug-ins, however I don't think that any of them have a setting for when the notification appears.
