Scroll Songsticker?

Hi, I was messing around with winamp, and I came across, this thing called "scroll songsticker" in "CFG" when winamp was in winshade mode. I was wondering what it meant for the winamp to scroll songsticker or not.

Do you mean "Scroll title in the Windows taskbar"?

[edit] Err, wait a minute. Are you using the MMD3 third party skin? If so, it would have been helpful to have known that. That is a scroll title setting for the title in the main/player window, it effects WindowShade and "regular" mode. [/edit]
