Hi Ive just recently been given an ipod. Now is it me or do i not have a choice but to use itunes.. Is there anything anyone would recommend me to use? everything ive tried as been protected. Im happy to pay but I'd rather pay a subscription fee rather than per song. Please help me i'm stuck!

I read you post really fast...and only got "I dont want to use itunes, is there something else i can use" which i replied to...lets see...hope this helps the sites on the right ad column mostly state they are monthly fee sites. (but ipod is not a good topic choice when you really wanted info on downloading music)

Pay?.......For MUSIC?!?!?!?!?

Just kidding....I've heard that those monthly subscription services give you VERY little rights. (i.e. once you cancel the music isn't yours anymore).
