Alright...I'm tired of this...someone please help

I'm extremely frustrated at this and can't for the life of me figure out what's going on here.....of course like tons of other people I get the dreaded NAK message...you know, the one that goes
<12/28/05@19:27:57> [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave error (nak)
<12/28/05@19:27:57> [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer (IP:*********) from the Internet, disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection timed out).)

Now, I don't have any of those Items...no router, no firewall, no NAT, and I had a lengthy convo with my ISP and they told me that they don't use an ISP Cache....so has anyone figured out what the hell is up with this, and if there's any other kind of work around? This is confusing as hell, I've tried other things but I still get the same message.....I would greatly appreciate any assistance....

PS: Yes i did read all them little articles in the sticky....that's why I wrote this topic, it's still not working.
