Taskbar View

I just started using a new computer and downloaded Winamp 5.12 and I used to be able to have Winamp appear as a "taskbar", exactly like the Windows taskbar which is normally at the bottom of the screen, except I would have Winamp as a taskbar at the top of the screen (it automatically hides when I don't have the mouse hovering over it)... I can not figure out how to do this again!

Anyone else able to do this?
