Hey! I cannot apply skins. Everytime I try to install skin (no matter classic or modern), player puts on Winamp Classic skin .. What's wrong?

Quick solution is to clear your cache and download again. Try using different browsers, and disable download managers.

Also, did you install Modern Skin support using a Full/Bundle/Pro install of Winamp?
