Buffer problem

can anybody determin the problem?


I am currently experiencing a buffer problem and would like to know if it lack of bandwidth or what.


I did a test @ radiotool box:

You need to know how much bandwidth you HAVE first.

http://nyc.speakeasy.net/ -- the upload rate is what you're looking for,

I'ts not really important what your ISP "says" you have [rated speeds] -- only testing can tell you what you "really" have to work with.

You may find that you are being over-optimistic with the bitrate [128kbps] -- a lower stream bitrate may make all the difference -- it's important that your stream bitrate x maxlisteners does not exceed the tested rate.

thanks i really found that useful i was streaming at 96kbps , and that link told me that only 1 listener was allowed, so i am now gonna put it a 48kbps with 2 listeners allowed.... thanks
