Duplicate files

DoesAnyone know how I can remove duplicate files after a local media search
I though I read SOMEWHERE in the forum to use delete+shift to remove duplicates,anyway, It does not work for me
Can anyone help me with this?

Remove Duplicates is available to the Playlist Editor (vis shift+'delete'), however it is not available for the Media Library. Remove dupes for the ML is in the Wishlist...

Just because it is in the Wishlist that does not guarantee it will be implemented, so don't hold your breath.
