Some Questions

Im starting to learn how to create a shoutcastTV server and everything is working fine. I can succesfully create one but im nervous about being banned. Mostly concerned about the bitrate, buffering etc. Been privatly testing it with a friend who lives very far away from me and I know our internet connection between each other is poor.

I created a NSV video file with a 100Kbps setting at 20FPS., however it shows 150kbps in winamp so I don't know whats right. Also made the audio bitrate 56kbps. At this setting, she was able to recieve a smooth stream with only a quick buffer every few minutes. Also tested it with another friend who is closer and he got no buffer at all. I don't want to go lower than 100kbps since the quality will be too poor.

According to a speed test, my upload speed is at 532kbps.

Im just wondering how many users can connect to me at 100kbps or if I can go a tad higher. Also, which one is the right bitrate? 100kbps in flask or 150kbps that winamp is displaying? I'm asking this since I read you can get banned for going over your bandwidth capabilities.. but I really don't know what my limit is. I know it will be a low amount of users, will at least 5 people be able to connect fine?

Thank you very much for your time and help
