My radio is not working pls help me

SO I install "shoutcast-dsp-1-8-2b-windows" after that I install "shoutcast-1-9-5-windows" I did everything: the password of the server the setings in winamp.After that I opend SC_SERV after that I have open Winamp I pusht de connect button and Winamp ..... is not responding. WHAT CAN I DOO
