www.realvnc.com -- its free remote desktop managment.

Run the server on the SHOUTcast box and VNC into it from where ever the heck you happen to be (just remember your IP and also remember to open up the port the VNC uses).

I believe they got linux, mac, and pc versions of this beauty.
