Problem : repeated song

Today i use these commands for reload the playlists
killall -9 sc_trans
sleep 3
./sc_trans&

And my wish is to use

killall -USR1 sc_trans

But the problem of the repeated song on some playlist reload don't permit me to use the USR1 signal

I will be grateful for any solution.
