NSV Streaming big bug!!!

hello

when watching the NSV Streaming online with fullscreen,my pc coming down!!! windows on x1 x2 or maximize is ok.

* windows XP sp2 / Inter 845G / ATI's radeon 9600

Which nsv streams specifically? All, or just one or two?
(if the latter, then please provide the url's)

Is this with a clean install of 5.13 with no 3rd-party plugins?
