Advanced title format
Winamp fresh install.

Yup, in Winamp 5.13 %bitrate% only seems to work when the mp3 file is not in the Media Library database, not sure why.
However, I'm not sure if %bitrate% ever was a fully supported field name, anyway... It isn't listed as supported field under Prefs > Titles. In Winamp 5.2 there will be a lot of updates to the ATF engine. %bitrate% seems to work fine in 5.2, in all cases...
