Some skins won't load

Im new to this program, sorry if its a newb question. I found a skin I want http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/28395525/
and for some reason when I try to load it, it won't work. I have Winamp version 5.13. If someone could give me an answer on how to fix this I would appreciate it.

Your example is a Zipped .wal (modern skin) file. You will need to unzip it before using.

Also, only the Full, Bundle or Pro package of Winamp supports modern skins. If you have Winamp Lite, install the Full package of Winamp. Winamp Pro is not required for modern skin support, so you don't need to install it if you don't want to.
