What did you mean by "when running my radio program"?
The AAC Decoder Library is aacPlusDecoder.w5s in the Winamp\System folder. It's definitely installed by default with Winamp 5.13 Full/Pro/Bundle, but I'm not sure if it's included with Lite. |

winamp is my music engine for Station Playlist, a fm radio station program, we use to control our radio staiton format, i have had problems with winamp 5.0 in the past and it was recommended that i install an earlier version, which i did, but 2.95 does not support .m4a format, so i went back to 5.0, but while visiting the winamp website i saw that 5.13 was out, i downloaded it but got an error message when station playlist was trying to run

Sorry, I've no idea what Station Playlist is, but I assume that it needs updating to support Winamp 5.1x and higher. The aacPlusDecoder used to be inside in_mp3.dll in v5.04 to 5.09x, but was extracted (to its own file in the Winamp\System dir) for 5.1x and higher, so it can be shared by other input plugins, eg. in_mp3, in_mp4, in_nsv, etc.
Although it's not recommended to use older versions, until Station Playlist fixes things at their end, you can try using one of 5.04 to 5.094 (5.08d is probably the most stable of those). All old versions available at www.winampheaven.net |
