use your external ip and not your internal ip address,

www.ipchicken.com for your ip address..

you will also need to forward ports in your router to allow incoming connections

working fine but buffering like mad

i suspect you do not have the bitrate to stream at 160k

Server Status: Server is currently up and public.
Stream Status: Stream is up at 160 kbps with 2 of 32 listeners (2 unique)
Listener Peak: 3
Average Listen Time: 0m 01s
Stream Title: LB Radio
Content Type: audio/mpeg
Stream Genre: Hip-Hop/Rap
Stream URL: http://www.myspace.com/dr_boot
Stream AIM: DocBoot
Stream IRC: #shoutcast

Works fine. Many routers don't support loopback. So, it's not too big of a deal if YOU cannot connect to your external IP.

You are still skipping a lot, though
