Underrun when using sc_trans?
I'm sorry if its been asked before, i have searched but not found anything relating to this.
I set up shoutcast on linux and am using sc_trans to play an archive ( a folder of mp3s). When the archive is running via sc_trans I constantly get underruns, even at as low settings as: Bitrate=32000 SampleRate=22050 Channels=1 Quality=10 However when I connect to the Shoutcast externally and kick the sc_trans I can stream at 128000/41000/1 without buffering the slightest. Please feel free to check it. I have 2 mp3 playing on rotation, both encoded exactly the same at 128kb/44.1. http://a.newcastlebeats.com:7050/listen.pls According to the test the server can handle great streams: http://www.radiotoolbox.com/online_t...st.php?id=2601 Is this underrun server memory related?
