what does [yp_tch] yp.shoutcast.com touched! mean exactly?

It mans that your header file has connected with the shoutcast YP server (yp means Yellow Page) sort of a directory. It simply means that shoutcast directory has acknowledged your connectivity. If you have yourself listed as public then the YP will list you. Then you can go to : http://shoutcast.com do a search for yourself and you will be listed.
