CD´s to Mp3???

Have winamp a plugin or something else, which can convert CD´s to mp3 or wav??? I know that it can convert mp3 to wav but not the other way around. Please help me!!!

Ps. Or maybe you know another program???

yes, winamp does have a plug-in for that, thoug it is not as good as what ethan has listed it still works, you can find it in winamp's output plug-ins directory, it is called something like mp3_out.dll.
