rewinding

This is really annoying, why can't I use the left and right arrow keys to rewind the file with 5 second backwards or forwards in the full screen mode? Tell me if there's a way to do so.

The bug only occurs if you left click inside the actual video window first.
ie. it doesn't occur if you click the Fullscreen button.

Please also note that the bug is already fixed for 5.21
