i know C++ from learning it at school. however, in my class, we always created "win32 console applications."

what type of project do i need to create for a winamp plugin? i know it needs to be a DLL, but i'm still unsure which type of project to make. i checked the FAQ's, they said nothing about it.

In MSVC5 you would need to create 'Win32 Dynamic-Link-Library'.
