Is there a way to use a downloaded skin for the player, but to just use the base skin for the playlist and equalizer. I found a great skin, but I can't read the my playlist when I have it enabled. Thanks.
Also, I accidently posted this question on one of the other technical support forums, didn't realize there was one specifically for skins :P |

Yep, that can easily be fixed. First off you need a Zip utility such as winzip. Simply open the skin .wsz file with the zip utility and delete the files named PLedit.txt and PLedit.bmp this will remover the addiotions of them and force winamp to use the basic skin for it. You are welcome, mooooo!
Hmm... seems I shoulda followed the link in the post above, hehe (smacks himself in the head) |

xiris...if you re-read DeSano's post at the top...he said he wants to use the base skin for the playlist and eq....so you would have to delete the eqmain.bmp also
