Looking for a program to winamp. Help

Hello.. Don't know whether this is the right place to post this question...

I'm looking for a program to winamp which makes one song fade into another.. hope someone knows what I mean.

When you listen to a song and it is almost finished it starts playing the next song on your playlist (it fades into it)

I hope that someone is able to help me:-)
Regards

If you have DirectSound set as your output plugin, this is a "built-in" feature. To set your output to DirectSound go to Preferences (Ctrl + P) > Plug-ins > Output and select the DirectSound plugin. You can finetune it further if the default settings aren't to your liking.

CTRL + P > preferences > Output > ensure 'Direct sound output' is highlighted

Hit 'configure' followed by 'fading tab', configure your crossfading settings there.

Thanks a lot guys.. but this is not what I'm talking about. Or if it is, I can't get it to work..

When one song end - in the last 3 - 4 seconds it starts to play the beginning of the next song, together with the end of the first song.. that is that in a way, two songs (an end + a beginning) play simultaneously..

regards

On the "Other" tab, check "remove silence at the begin/end of track". Then on the "Fading" tab set custom buffer lengths for "on start" and "on end of song". Start out with 4000ms for each, then increase or decrease the setting as needed. On the "Buffering" tab make sure the buffer length always matches (or exceeds) your custom buffer settings.
