Winamp missing XM Radio Fred?

I've tried the XM stations on http://music.aol.com
And also the XM stations through Winamp.

The channels available are identical... except Winamp is missing "Fred", Channel 44. Is there a way I can also get this through Winamp?

yes! i want to listen to "XM fred" too.

and i've verified it's not one of the "for aol members only" XM stations, either. it's rather strongly implied that it should be one of the stations Winamp offers.
