playlist that works with windows media and winamp

how do I create a playlist that will work for both winamp and windows media player? I have playlists that are on my ftp site and they work great with windows media player, but trying to use them through winamp it times out. Any ideas?

Below is an example of what is inside my test.m3u playlist file. Remember it works great with windows media player, but times out when I try to load it with winamp and I want to be able to have a playlist work for both winamp and windows media player.

m3u is the playlist format that both players will recognize.
However, Winamp doesn't support ftp streaming, heh.
