Start Winamp with or without DSP

Is here a way to start Winamp with or without the DSP plugin? If so, how?

"C:\Program\Winamp\winamp.exe ...?"

Maybe PluginStarter . It will let you create different lug-in "profiles" and start Winamp for each profile.
