directsound, wave output

Hi I'm sure this has been answered somewhere but I can't find the answer, I've looked. I am trying to output files I play in Winamp as a WAV file. I cant find where to download the directsound plugin and I don't know how to do this. Could somebody please help. Thanks.

ok thanks, the only problem is DiskWriter is not listed in my plugins...where do I DL this?

It comes with the Full version of Winamp.
Run the installer of Winamp Full, and be sure "Support for writing WAV files" is checked in the installer options (under Extra Audio/Output support).

Diskwriter is bundled with Winamp 5 full version, just download the full version and make sure you've checked Diskwriter in the installer.
