#1 I don't quite understand what you mean. Select bookmark on playlist editor?

If you right-click Winamp > Bookmarks > and you choose a bookmark, then that bookmark is played. It will replace the current playlist.
That's expected behaviour.

#2 I don't see how that's a bug. If you try to add a broken bookmark to the playlist, then the broken bookmark will be added to the playlist. Expected behaviour, I'd say.

#3 Probably related to the first issue you described (with the mp4/m4a files).
