Connection Closed?

I've opened TCP/IP ports in & out, allowed both the server client and winamp (and all components) internet access, and I make sure I'm playing something to avoid the "no stream found" timeout.

This perplexes me
Advice, assistance, divine intervention, any and all requested and most appreciated. Thanks in advance

Windows XP Media Center 2005 Edition
AMD K6 3000+ Processor
1.2GB RAM

P.S. If anyone notices a server with the description Xandaroth, please let me know if it's working. My friend and test subject reports being able to connect, but then his winamp acts as if my playlist is empty. Thanks
