Hosting a server without going into DMZ mode?

Arghaksfjk;lafjioafiuwiofiajiwjsjfsjojjsdfjf;s

I tried to run a Christmas radio station a long while back and the only way I could run my station was to turn my PC into a DMZ. This is quite dangerous/unhealthy/vulernable, and I want to run a station again, but I have no knowledge of doing so safely.

Basically what I've done so far is follow what X/Y/Z guides say:

1) I've downloaded and installed the plugin and the shoutcast server gui.
2) I've set my IP to be static through my internet options (it says it's 192.168.0.192)
3) I left my SERVER.INI file to contain the SrcIP and DestIP to be any.
4) I went into my router and forwarded ports 7026 and 7027 (the ones I'm using for shoutcast) to IP 192.168.0.192.
5) I launch the server, but it says [Source] 127.0.0.1 and when I go to whatismyip.com and try to do the iport to see my server it errors out. However 127.0.0.1:7026 works perfectly for me.

What do I do <_>
