First off this forum is for helping those that run a shoutcast streaming server.
now... Do you have winamp installed? When clicking on the links on shoutcast that point to a PLS file, which is used by winamp, iTunes. If all you have is windows media player its not a simple click and play. The easy way, get yourself a copy of winamp installed.
