.M4A Won't Play
Ok, so I used to be able to play .m4a files in WinAMP. I recently installed the new version of WinAMP, along with the in_zm4a.dll plugin, and I still cannot play the files. Does anyone know why?
The files were ripped in Apple Lossless Encoder, and I know they used to play, but they won't now. Please help. EDIT: M4A's play, just not when they're ripped in Apple Lossless. Last edited by DGNeo; 16th May 2006 at 23:33. |

Apple Lossless files are not supported. Apple is pretty protective of that format.
Though, for all other MP4/M4A files no third party plugin is required. |

Oh they are, I had them working before. I had done what it said to do in that thread where ThomasW posted his plugin for .M4a. Then I uninstalled Quicktime, and reinstalled it, and now it won't work
