Winamp 5.21 won't start

Hey,

I just recently updated to 5.21 and for whatever reason it won't start. I get no error messages, but something is wrong. I can tell because in my task manager the process stops building a memory usage around 7300 and gets to a 99 CPU usage. )The old version worked and it got to about 40,000 memory usage or so) When it gets to this status in task manager it freezes. Of course, all my other programs run slow, and there is a spot where Winamp must be trying to open which a part of a minimized window that covered that spot remains. I have tried restarting the computer, sweeping for viruses/spyware, and reinstalling Winamp. None of those methods work.

Probably a bad third party plug-in or something.
Try a full uninstall and reinstall and if that does not resolve the issue, please post full system specs.
