Update file names

Hello, I have been using winamp for quite sometime, but never for all my music media. I recently got an ipod and was using itunes until I ran into bunch of problems with it. Therefore I started using winamp to add files to my ipod and for everything else. My question is, when I used itunes and change the name, album name or artist name it automatically change the actual file name on the hard drive. Is there a way that winamp will make the change as well?
