How do I "minimize" Winamp to the top of the screen?

I saw this feature in a copy of WinAmp and I would like to set this option on my copy. However, I cannot find out how to do it...

What I want to do is that when I minnimize Winamp, instead of just disappearing to the task buttons, it shrinks to a bar at the top of the screen and expands to the width of the screen. Any windows open adjust accordingly so that the minimized WinAmp is now available all the time at the top of the screen, while not taking up much space on the desktop.

What "options" do I have to set in order to get it to do this? Is it still available in the current WinAmp version?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
