fade between songs...

Hey, when I switch songs, or jump to different parts of the same song, it kinda fades down and then back up instead of being instant. I CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO CHANGE THIS... PLEASE ADVISE! thanks

Try disabling cross-fade

1. Winamp > Ctrl+P
2. Plug-ins > Output
3. double click 'DirectSound Output'
3. Fading tab
4. click on the various 'on' fade options and uncheck Enabled

Note: The fade controls in the Modern skins controls the 'on end of song' option.
