No Devices...

i just recently installed winamp with the ipod plugin. it worked fine at first but just yesterday the devices sub-menu disappeared from the media library. i would say it's just an ipod problem but all the troubleshooting i've found for ipod related problems don't help at all with getting the devices menu back. i'm sure once i got it back i could fix the problem. i've also done a forum search for every phrase and keyword i could think of. any suggestions?

Current versions (5.2x) of Winamp already have portable media player support, which includes iPod. As noted by DJ Egg the use of both Winamp's default portable player support and the ml_ipod.dll causes conflicts. Try uninstalling ml_ipod.dll.

Please do not PM me for tech support. Any request for tech support through PM will be ignored.
