songs erase?

ok i dont know why this is all of a sudden doing this, but after a song ends and goes to the next one; or i his next... the song that was on deletes automatically from the playlist.... can anyone help me fix this?

Probably because you installed DrO's Playlist File Remover plugin,
or similar 3rd-party plugin...
