Real Plug-in

Okay I installed the Innover plug-in. I associated the Real file types with winamp and told real it wasn't the default anymore. I can listen to real files I already have downloaded, but if I click on a link say at amazon to listen to a cd sample it tells me I either have to download or open from the location. is there anyway to get Winamp to just play it automatically?

Where can I find the Innover plug-in you mention ? I found nothing searching for « Real » and « Innover » plug-ins. And it seems Winamp is not bundled with a Real input plug-in. I have WMA and Vorbis input plug-ins but nothing related to Real media files.

I use Winamp 5.111 under Windows 2000 but can't listen to the samples from the Wide Open Spaces Amazon.com product page for example. I get a "error syncing to mpeg" message when I "File > Play URL" the I Can Love You Better song sample for example. That problem is similar to the one I expressed in the Can Winamp play asf/asx audio files from sites like Amazon? topic.

That plug in was used with like winamp 2.0

I have no idea if a newer plug in is currently available.

Notice I posted that question back in 2000.
